I stayed in tower four which is off the beach and faced construction of another tower opposite our room. Although the rooms were clean with WiFi throughout the whole hotel, our view wasn't ideal due to the adjacent row of 20 A/C units constantly running.

The service from the front desk, especially Jimmy, and the servers at meals was friendly and very helpful. Overall, they were accommodating but not as friendly as expected.

The location was nice but a little isolated, right above the breakfast area. It was beachfront but a bit away from local shopping and Walmart in Puerto Vallarta.

The dining experience was good with the usual eggs, potatoes, various fruits, and pastries. The breakfast was enjoyable with delicious omelets, juice, and many different fruits. However, they charged extra for coffee packets if not registered as all-inclusive.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. On the positive side, the location was great, with easy access to the beach and friendly staff. However, the rooms were not very comfortable, and cleanliness could have been better. One of the pools seemed dirty, which was a downside.
